Included changes

01Evidence and change pages can add an exact public change ID to a browser-local collection with a 12-record limit.
02A canonical share link contains only sorted public change IDs; the local title and review status remain on the device.
03The public v1 endpoint returns deterministic JSON, Markdown or CSV with collection and per-record digests, citations, review questions and interpretation boundaries.
04The Integration Hub and developer documentation now identify the collection contract as an available read-only integration surface.

Interpretation boundaries

01Collections are browser-local review aids, not persistent team workspaces: they do not provide accounts, access control, comments, assignments or a shared audit history.
02The release does not deliver outbound webhooks or direct Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams or Slack publishing; those capabilities remain subject to identity, delivery and audit controls.
