1. 01A dedicated database and supervised worker keep preview observations separate from official baselines and publication history. Central guards require silent observation runs with publication and notifications disabled.
2. 02Preview and comparison runs retain fixed scope, implementation identity, source outcomes and exportable private reports. Unavailable captures remain distinct from matching extractor output.
3. 03Reviewed source contracts check document identity, required sections, terminal text and language. Uncertain captures and unconfigured sources remain held for review.
4. 04The development diary, repository entry points and wiki distinguish implemented features, recorded tests and remaining qualification work.

Interpretation boundaries

• 01Historical record of the first separate Preview build. The current product release is 5.5.0; Engine 6 remains experimental and separately authenticated.
• 02Comparison applies two extractors to the same captured response. It does not compare independent acquisition paths or AI models, and identical text does not establish completeness.
• 03Corpus completeness, observations across multiple days and operation with 500 real policy sources remain under qualification. Model opinions, replay and retries are not substitutes for executed live evidence.
• 04Historical press packages, fact sheets and companion releases retain their original dates and versions. They have not been relabelled as Engine 6 assets.
