1. 01Private r3 is online with 47 application tables and 22 migrations. Thirteen authenticated checks passed. EngineClaim and EngineClaimEvidence provide the deployed ledger schema; the bounded hosted run did not exercise ledger writes.
2. 02One administrative run covering four Apple policies completed in 8.027 seconds. One fresh HTTP 200 capture remained confirmation_pending; three policies were held because source contracts were missing. Completed tasks do not mean four acquired or qualified documents.
3. 03Nine official and configuration table hashes remained unchanged across deployment and the run. Both earlier private reports were preserved. Publication and notifications remain disabled.
4. 04A separate frozen candidate completed three valid observation dates on 2, 4 and 5 November, with a minimum 71.894 hours per source. The failed 3 November window is retained and excluded. These observations do not qualify r3.

Interpretation boundaries

• 01This is a research update, not a new stable product release. The public service remains PolicyWatcher 5.5.0, released on 2 November, with the established scanner. Preview access requires an administrator account.
• 02The run reached neither AI analysis nor the separate verifier. Both claim-ledger tables remain empty. It does not demonstrate semantic accuracy, hosted ledger write behaviour, source completeness, uninterrupted worker recovery or full operation at 500 policies per day.
• 03Model-assisted review supports research but is not execution, certification, a legal opinion or a guarantee of search visibility. Private results stay separate from public evidence.
