Editorial Pulse and Distribution

Adds a human-approved story registry, deterministic Story Packs, reusable social assets, citation-bearing embeds and aggregate editorial measurement.

Included changes

01Pulse publishes dated verified leads with facts, proof links, boundaries and reusable citations.
02Each lead provides a versioned deterministic ZIP, four social-card formats and an iframe-ready evidence visual.
03The Data Room now exposes Dataset and DataDownload structured data, while release, Pulse and Data Room pages use specific Open Graph images.
04Admin reporting counts allowlisted editorial events without persistent visitor identifiers and labels them as events rather than people or conversions.

01Pulse contains a small reviewed registry; it is not an automated newsroom, exhaustive coverage or a claim of independent validation.
02Deterministic files establish artifact identity, not continued source availability or factual correctness after their as-of date.
